cooking, gardening, fishing (though i haven't been since i was 30 weeks pregnant lol) and reading. i went to culinary school and worked in restaurants for ten years before i became a stay at home mom five months ago though, so cooking is the big one. i love love love being with my daughter 24/7 but if theres one thing i "miss" it would definitely be working in a restaurant.

I LOVE cooking and baking. I'm good at it. My husband would KILL for my stuffed shells. My son is 17 months old and he likes all my food too. Makes me feel good when my boys ask for a second helping!
I love writing and always wanted to write books. Now that I'm a mom I dont see that happening anytime soon but I am young and my goal of publishing a book may one day come true.
I also love reading. I havent had time to read a book in months! I miss being able to cuddle up with a slanket, have a cup of hot tea and just read a good book. My ultimate calm!

All these fellow scrapbookers!!! I loooove to scrap. Anyone have a cricut? The best investment EVER! :)
I also love to read, keep up on current events, COM (of course!), and edit photos on my computer. I like to start doing something a little more "artsy" like painting or something....gotta find some more time, though. It's hard to find time with three kids and a husband to take care of :)

Before my family I used to sing a lot. I took voice lessons my whole life and wanted to be a singer. Now that I have a family it's hard for me to get time to just sit and sing or even go to the studio. I sing in my car while driving some times and I sing to my son, he tries to sing back its so cute to hear him make noises like that..lol

I'll tell you what helped me. The days that I knew I wouldn't be able to sleep very much I ate a lot of protein and fruits and then had like a million things of propel water. I would go to wal-mart and get the powder mix and keep it in my bag so I always had it and only had to pay the price of a water re-fill. I completely stayed off caffeine and really high sugar foods. I think that's what helped me, and also learning to park the car further from the shop doors so I would constantly have to walk and keep building up my stamina. I always parked in the employee section of wal-mart so I knew I had plenty distance to walk. :) After time it will get easier and just remember, your killing yourself to give your kids a better life and in the end it will be all worth it.
