My grandmother is getting rid of some vintage Aunt Jemima canisters, and I think they are really cute. I love antiques, my house is filled with them. My dad just thinks we should put them up on eBay, that they are racist. I think they're cute. Do you think they're racist?

I think they do depicit a bad image of a black woman for the older generations. However it makes me appreciate how far we have come as a country. Even though racism still exists, I think black women are erasing that image everyday.
