I only bath my baby every coupleof days in the tub but I wipe her down everyday with wipes. Is it bad not to put her in the tub everyday like adults? I just didnt want to make her skin dry and her hair seems to get flakey if I was is too many times in a week. I was her if she has an accident but other wise ushally every couple of days, am I a bad mom with a stinky baby?

I have a 1 year old and a 2 year old that love baths and for me that gets them ready for bed cuz we have it set if they take a bath then mommy will read them a story and give them a milk cup then putting them to sleep is a piece of cake...... but when my boy was little he got a bath every few days unless he was a big mess now my girl was the same way i mean it is hard on us to bend over and hold the baby to bath the baby..... i say ur a grown woman and u know when u need a bath and if to u the baby is clean then dont worry with a bath moms know what babies need and when they need it so ur doing good......dont stress over having a stink baby and ur definatly not a bad mom i think we all only bathed our babes a few times a week till they are like 1 or 2.......

Each of our boys were different. My now 7 yr old, bathed everyday cause he would puke and smell so bad. my now 2 yr old get bathed every few days, He has a bad case of eczema. I think it depends of your lil needs.

NO way! I bathe my baby who is 4 months old every 3 days and he doesnt get stinky between baths. If you bathe a baby too much their skin will get dry.

We wash our twins every 2 days unless they get really messy, but that's been their bath schedule. In the summer time I tend to wash them more because of them being outside and what not.

The only reason I bathed my baby every night since he was little was because the bath was warm and relaxing and I wanted it to be part of his bedtime routine. His skin is just fine and he has never had issues with dryness. It's up to you though. I don't think it's going to harm your baby either way.

How old is she?

I didn't start doing every day baths til about a year....under a year there was really no need in my mind. As long as they get a little refresher I think its ok. After one and into two is when you kinda start having tooo...they get soo much more messy and into everything! Thats when I started thinking like I want a bath every day why wouldn't he!!! lol
