So I'm 5 and a half months pregnant with a baby boy and my husband and I can't decide on a name. Everything cute that I've liked, he hasn't liked. The following have been shot down already: Tristan, Wyatt, Jamison, Jacob, Lucas, Julian, Nathaniel, Connor, Landon and a few others I think. The current names on the table are Christian, Alexander, and Zachary. His middle name will be Javier. We prefer names that are nice, but not very popular. We also don't want any family names so Robert, Patrick, Thomas, David, Dean, Elijah, Caleb, Jackson, Oscar, Quinn, Taylor, Christopher, Charles, Brian, Ed, Aaron, Michael, Phillip, Joseph, and a few others are also out. Our daughter's name is Savannah Kelly so I want his name to sound good with hers as well as his middle name. Right now none of the 3 that we agree on are screaming out to me. So I'd like to get some input and other name suggestions from other mommys. Thanks.

Dylan, Aiden, Kirin, Kayden, Gavin, and Nevin. Hope this helps. We are having the same dilemma. Can't agree on one name. I guess we will just know when we see him.

I have a son name Vann.. I have always liked that name...Its not very common but it is a nice name. Other names that I like are....Cameron, Lincoln, Levi, Howard, Matthew...But for some reason i really like the name Cameron with the middle name you have picked out. I think it goes well with your daughters name too.

Christian was named to 12,498 boys in America in 2009

Zachary was named to 7,977 boys in America in 2009

Zachary goes nicely with Savannah because it's not terribly overused yet and it also has the same number of syllables, which I like for siblings. So perhaps Zachary Christian, Zachary Allan/Allen/Alan...etc.

We just named our 2nd son Abram.. we too didn't want something popular and we wanted it to be a good kid/adult name.. everyone around here is loving it b/c it's different, but still easy to say/spell & begins w/ A, which is supposed to be a positive thing for kids b/c of the things they do with letters in school. I'm a former teacher.. kids at the beginning of the alphabet are much happier :) Something to think about.

My son is George William - named after his dad (who is also George) and his grandpa (who is William). There are at least two boys named Nathan in his class. Naming a child is such a personal thing, maybe you should talk about all of the names as single names, pick the two you like best and go with those (then there's the fight about what order to put them in!)

My son's name is Zaydan. It's different, unique and I have yet to come across someone else spelling it that way. (Zayden, Zaidan are other ways to spell it)

We don't know what we are having yet, but the boy name that we have picked out is Braedon Michael. We really love it! Although my husband thinks it is going to be a girl, so in that case, we have decided on Kylee Marie! :D I had a really hard time with boy names because there were not many that I like either. Hope you find the right one!! :D

Zander Javier sounds nice!

It's like Alexander, but less common and shorter!
go to ssa.gov/oact/babynames
It has all the most used names for each year in USA, and you can see how many babies are named each name every year.

You could do Madison it is a town in Georgia that Sherman refused to burn down, so both of your kids would have a name after a city in GA that would connect them and both are historically significant.
