My baby girl is 8 weeks old and she has this crusty stuff with a yellow color stuck on her eyebrows/ Any suggestions on what it could be and what I can use to get it off? I've tried water w/ a cotton ball and that didn't work.

Try softening it with baby oil on a cotton ball about half an hour before bath time- the wash it off in the bath :) Worked for my little one
