I have tired it a few times with the babies I work with and it seemed to be ok. I am thinking of trying it with my newest child. I dont think I will go anywhere to do it. Thinking more of getting a book or video and trying it out at home. I know that at my work we do it for all the kids in the daycare and my 3 year old loves it. Was just wondering what other people thought of it and if anyone had any suggestions on books or videos to try out?

I tried it a couple times. It was OK but my son never liked to be stuck in one spot for too long so I always had to pick him up and hold him a few times during the class. If you have one of those super mellow babies that's just content laying there and watching you or sleeping then go for it. Most mom and baby yoga classes don't actually include baby very much. It's just nice to be able to bring your baby and no one cares if he/she cries or if you need to stop to feed or whatever. It's a very relaxed environment and of course there's the lovely stretching:)
