Mine are currently 2 in a week and 9 months a few days ago. Up until 3 months ago we lived in the tropics and I bathed mine every day.
My son has a genetic condition which prevents him from maintaining a normal body temperature. As we are now living in a colder climate and it is winter, coupled with this condition I do not bath them every day now. The air is too cold and within 2 or three minutes of being in a very warm bath, he turns purple and can't sit up in the water for shivering.
He is none the worse for wear for not bathing every day, we just make sure we wash his hands really well if he has played with the dog or been in the dirt. And wash his face with a face washer after meals. My daughter loves her bath, but to conserve water, we only bath her when we run one for her brother. Same goes for her with hand washing and face washing. She is still of the age where she pukes, so we will bath her on an off day then, if she needs it.
