Best sunscreen for a little guy that burns bad

Alright, I have three kids, ages 5, 3, and 2. My littlest guy burns so easy! I put sunscreen on him about an hour before we go out, and again as soon as we get out and I keep putting it on often, but no matter what I do, he seems to get burnt! It drives me crazy! I don't understand this! So I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what is the best way to protect him from the sun. I try to keep him in the shade as much as possible and all that good stuff, but I'm at a loss. Any help would be great! Thanks!!!:)

hi Brittany.

i don't know if you have heard about it but there is some sunprotecting clothes on the marked. uv protecting clothes.

they can be a little but more expencive than ordenary clothes, but i guess you are willing to pay since its for the best for your child ;)

in america i don't know witch store they are in,but i know it's out there.



always have clothes on you kid,clothes with colour or with prints on are best coz it's protects better since it's harder for the sun to go thru it. have a caps on.



and remember when you buy sunscreen! make sure it have the uva and uvb protecter,it need to have bouth. and never buy sunscreen or bodylotion with oil!! oil make you burn easyer..

i use coppertone water babies (also available in stick form for faces) and another really good one is blue lizard
one tip for sunscreen, you have to apply quite a bit of it for you to actually get the full SPF that the bottle says. if you don't apply enough you aren't protected properly

I found the greatest SPF 50 Coppertone spray... I find that the spray works a lot better for me...I was always worried about not getting my daughter completely covered...I can even spray it in her hair line when she has pigtails in....its wonderful...I have also used Bullfrog and I have always had great results as well....I just LOVE the spray....:)

Bullfrog has always been my fave! It actually stays on, unlike the others! My little guy is the same way- very fair skin and burns so easily! Hope this helps! :)
