Hey Mums.. quick question

i have had several phone calles from Bettina Modelling agency for my daughter and we had an interview with them, they told me my daughter was gorgeous and had the "look" they were after but then they go and tell me i have to pay them! to use MY daughter wtf? i have done a little bit of research and my hubby and friend think it is a scam, sucking parents in by telling them how awesome their child is, so my Q is has any1 else in Australia had this happend to them or have their child involved in modelling?

Definitely a scam. I've done modeling myself that happened to me when I first started I paid them 500$ for a course when I showed up to do the course there was no recored of there ever being a course and they wouldn't refund my money!!

I don't have experience with this kind of thing at all, but if they are asking for money it sounds like a scam to me.
