My daughter is 8 months old and I am still nursing her. I am loving everything about it, especially the convenience and not going to lie, the size, but know I'm not going to do it forever and am thinking about the possibility of weening her. SO, my question is, do they really look THAT horrible after you're done nursing?? I'm a small D or large C right now and am really ok with that but am dreading going back down to a B. Does EVERYONE always loose their size?? A little narcisistic but hey, we all looked good before babies we at least should be able to keep our boobs!!!

from my own personal experience mine look awful now that i have stopped breastfeeding and it does get me down coz not only have they gone smaller than before i was pregnant they even look a bit odd :( i dont no why it happens but it just does and those who dont get horrible boobs are in my eyes ust really really lucky coz they are few and far between. you just have to think of your child and how much goodness you have given them :)

With my son (2years ago) i was a 34C when i started by the end i was a 34D so not a realy big deal.. Then went back down to a 34C.. When i got prego with my daughter 18months after my son i was a 34C, Then went to a 34DD while nursing i was a 34E i know this for a fact i went to mothers store.. (fit me for a breastfeeding bra) I however stopped nursing at 9 months( she is 11 months now) and i am still a 34E.. I am only 5'3" and 130.. Yes i want to keep some of the size but not ALL of it.. i could have handled the 34D LOL.. My hubby however loves then just the way they are.. I don't like looking at them as i feel they have changed alot after breastfeeding both kids..

I stayed a Big C, small D after I stopped nursing. I went from a B (pre-pregnancy) to a D during my pregnancy and never went down. Th only difference was when I was nursing and I was full they were perkier, but that was it.

I was a 34B before pregnancy and was a 36D when breastfeeding and I loved it. Now I am back to my 34B, I like the convenience of not having to buy new bras but I no longer like the way they look. I dont mind when Im wearing my bras but when Im naked I dont like the way they sag and the giant nipples (areola). I only breast fed for 3 months and wish I went longer (my son weaned himself off) and will breastfeed for my next child. But when im done having children, I only want 2 ( and plan wait 5 years from now, so when im 27ish), I plan on having a breast lift. I know I am a bit vain and shallow but my so is my boyfriend so we both want me to have it done.

Am I the only one who HATED having huge boobs?? LOL. I'm still breastfeeding my 9 month old but we're down to only 3 times a day now, so they have gone down in size a bit. But during pregnancy and the first several months during breastfeeding they were HUGE, a large C/small D. But I'm a small person- 5'3" 112 lbs, so large boobs looked really bad on me. Before I was between an A/B. Now that I'm nursing less they are probably a B/C, and I don't know how much smaller they will get when I'm completely done. They are completely ruined though- definitely my least favorite part of my post partum body. By the time I was halfway through my pregnancy they were covered in stretchmarks. And now that they aren't producing as much milk they are more flat and saggier too. Makes me sad :( But hey that's why they make push-up bras, right?? I am raiding Victoria's Secret when I'm done nursing!

Still though... I love breastfeeding and will do it with any future children I have too!

Loose their size? BA!!! I was a happy B before I got pregnant. That took me up to a DD And woo-hoo, I'm still a Very large, D if not DD in some brands. So no, not everyone looses their size. But I won't lie. I do I hate mine. I feel like I have my grandmothers chest. they sag MUCH lower than the should, stretch marks, I just think they're yucky. But I'm sure not everyone has that issue.

Pre-pregnancy I was a B cup. Breastfeeding I was a large C cup. Post breastfeeding I was an A or small B cup. My boobs feel softer and fleshier now...kind of deflated like LOL

I ended up being a cupsize bigger than when i started breastfeeding, although yes they are a bit saggier, but im used to them now and it doesnt bother me. Just make sure you wear supportive bra's, and keep changing down a size as yours shirink -breasts that are well supported during change in size times tend to sag less

My boobs didn't shrink unfortunately. They didn't feel empty they were a bit saggy but that is about it i am pregnant again and they are about the same size hoping they don't get any bigger!!

Mine went back to their original size but unfortunately they are now saggy. They used to be perky and firm but now they are very soft and just hang there! I don't know if this is the result from pregnancy in general, or if its from nursing because I was only able to breastfeed for 6 weeks. I do agree that its a very small price to pay for such a precious blessing though!

Mine stayed about 1 cup size larger than before, I also hadn't lost my baby weight yet either, and as I loose weight I can tell there going down.

As the other posts say yes unfortunately you do pretty much lose all the greatness of your bigger size. I fully agree with all be go through we should be able to keep the bigger size for all the toll on us :) tke care and the best of luck

I agree with Jessica, i would definately nurse my next baby if i am lucky enough to have another one!! The thing is when your partner has seen you nurse his baby he isn't going to mind the changes in them afterward!! Everyone should give it a go, not everyone will find it easy or even enjoy it though and shouldn't be made to feel like a failure if this is the case, bottle fed babies grow up just as healthy!! :))

Before getting pregnant i was a perky, b cup. I nursed my son for 7 months and he was a really big eater, therefore my milk supply was huge....which meant my breasts were too! And i loved it too....I was 34 DD. It was a nice change from my smaller former self. When my doctor told me i needed to wean my son i thought "ive nursed for a while and my breasts are sooo big, theres NO way i wont get to keep some of this??". haha I am now a 32 A and like the other woman said they feel "empty". They are by no means "ruined". They dont sag like you would expect breasts that had been so large too. My husband has no complaints...and im sure yours wont either :) Knowing what i know now, i would still choose to nurse my son and will nurse the rest of my children. Nothing beats a healthy baby, and by nursing you are giving your child the best you can!

From everyone I know, the only women who have stayed larger are the women who haven't lost all the baby weight. And yeah, they are definitely not as attractive afterward.

I nursed my daughter, she is almost 3 now i loved it. However my breasts have gone from nice full perky c cup to a shadow of there former self :( empty is the best way to describe them, and one looks alot smaller than the other now??? but i can't complain really i have no stretch marks from my pregnancy so i guess it's a small price to pay for my beautiful girl :)) x

some womens breasts stay the same size after they are done nursing...but only a select few...most of the time they are smaller then before you were pregnant and saggier.....us women, what we have to go through...the only thing men have to do with it is the fun part :P totally not fair!
