I know they say you shouldn't wear underwire bra when you are breastfeeding cause it can clog your ducts, but how long do you go without? I have always had an underwire and feel naked without one, and I don't feel supported with out one. I know there is no way I could go till he is eating soild foods no wearing one!..lol When is a safe time to put a regular bra back on? What have your experinces been?

It's ok to wear an underwire while breastfeeding, and they make underwire nursing bras. I'm like you; I'd never get enough support without one. I'm just too big. Just make sure your bra isn't too tight and replace it every 4 months or so. Plus, try to go bra-less at night and let them breath better.

I nursed my twins for a year and wore an underwire nursing bra the whole time, and again when my toddler was little. And I plan to do so again in a few months with my newest child. never had a clogged duct or any troubles. :) oh, and if you do happen to get one, warm towels and massage is usually recommended to clear it.
