With each pregnancy each birth ended up being worse and worse my last one spending around 4 hours throwing up.
I want this time around to just be not so scary so I'm considering a c-section, another problem was that with the last birth I ended up opting for an epidural but it only half took. Ive never had a c-section nor do I know anyone who has had one.
I have no clue what to expect except for the little they show on the birthing shows on tv.
Anyone know what its like? Is there anything I can do to help relax while its happening (I have panic attacks which definitely won't help any)
I am also hoping they can cut or tie me so that I cant have anymore kids ( fours a good number to me considering)
Any thoughts or ideas?
