I usually have Oxyclean in my house over magic erasers and it has worked for me twice with getting crayon off the wall, even got permanent marker out of the carpet. But if it is a big spot then you might want to get the magic eraser because you do gotta scrub and your hand might hurt.

i remenber this one well . old wife's trick that i use is a sheet of kitchen roll and a hot iron - basically put the kitchen roll on the crayon and iron it - simple as that - the iron melts the wax and the kitchen roll soaks it up! magic!

The mr clean erasers work, but my best advise is make him clean it. My son hasn't done it since I made him scrub the wall. That is my advise for most any mess they make. They need to learn to clean up after themselves.

Mr Clean Magic Eraser. For the future, they make washable crayons that wipe off with wet wipes or a rag. I've been there! I have an 18 month old and I worked in a daycare too, so Ive cleaned a lot of crayon "masterpieces"

Magic erasers, but test a spot first, and don't intend to use it anywhere else.  If you have matte paint on the wall it will scrub some of it off too, however if you have semigloss or high gloss it shouldn't take any of it off.  I've taken sharpie off matte paint in our apartment with a magic eraser recently, but like I said it will scrub some of the top layer of matte paints off with it, so just be careful if you have that kind of paint.

this is going to sound werid but spray hairspray on the marks, then wipe it off when its still wet, it worked when our little girl drew on our doors.

I agree- Magic Eraser works really well. Even works on glass really well. THe only problem is it will put a "clean spot" on your wall, and you will feel compelled to clean your entire wall... :)

Actually any baby wipe will usually remove just about any stain. My daughter was sick and sicked up red Jell-o. The thing that got it out was baby wipes. Worked on the walls when she colored on them with ink pen, too. :)
