I had my son 4 weeks ago via c-section and today my fiance and I got carried away and we had sex, he came and I'm not on birth control yet. Is there anyway I could be pregnant again? I hope not its to soon

It's very possible to get pregnant anytime you are having sex and you are more fertile recently after giving birth.....

Yes you can, and it isn't a good idea to get pregnant again so soon after a c-section. In fact, it is recommended not to have another pregnancy for about 18 months to allow yourself time to heal. For your sake, I hope you aren't pregnant. A sensible solution would be Plan B, if it isn't too late. And then to refrain from sex until you can purchase some condoms or establish other birth control.
