can you get hair conditioner for babys??

im just wondering if you can get hair conditioner for babys or if it would be okay to use tiny bit of what i use?

my daughters only 4 months old but she was born with a lot of hair

she gets really big knots in the back of her head its a nightmare trying to get them out on a morning lol

using baby shampoo doesnt help, n i cant brush them out.

my partner keeps rippng the knots out but i dont wanna ruin her hair :(

I use head and shoulders sensitive scalp care brand I don't know how other brands would be on a baby's sensitive skin

I have used a bit of my conditioner since my daughter was that old and it has been just wonderful I use just a drop and haven't had any problems with it getting in her eyes and it even cleared up her cradle cap I also spray in a detangler before I brush it

I am sure johnsons do one but it won't help much ,just get some detangle spray and squirt a bit of that on before combing.
