has anyone ever used carrot oil to prevent and/or heal stretch marks during pregnancy? did it work?

If you're going to get stretch marks you're going to get them. It depends on the elasticity of your skin. When your skin is stretched past that point, it scars.

Try all you like, if your skin is elastic enough, you won't get them.

i have never heard of carrot oil but bio oil works
