My baby has a cold. Running nose, stuffy nose, coughing and sneezing. What can I give her? She's 10 months and about 21lbs.

My little guy is going through the same thing. I give him baby vicks on back and chest, and try to suck the snot out of his nose with an aspirator when he will let me- he hates it! He has a dry cough which I'm not sure what I can do for that, but I keep applying the vicks. Good luck, I know how hard it is when baby is sick!

I use saline nasal drops, Tylenol if there's a fever, vicks vaporub, humidifier in the bedroom and homeopathic cold remedy called coryzalia. It helps with congestion and is safe for 3 months and up. Hope your little one feels better soon.

When my daughter had a cold I used saline spray and then sucked out what came lose... she hated it but it helped A TON. I also put baby Vicks on my daughter's back and chest at both nap times and bedtime and that helped her breath so she could get a good sleep. Sometimes I had to reapply it in the middle of the night.
