My 1 month old is having a really hard time going poop.. She struggles to go to.. she makes all these faces and sounds and even cries.. any help on what may help her...

Water helps. Lots of water. Try and get her to drink at least 50 ml a day. hope it helps.

WE had to use karo before and it helped. I only did it in one bottle. Also I had to change his formula.

My pediatrician and my sister in law's pediatrician both had the same advice: use Karo syrup to help with constipation. You can find it at any grocery store. Add a spoonful to every bottle. Add more if it's very severe. It's sweet so your baby will probably enjoy the taste. It doesn't matter if you get the clear Karo or the dark karo, it'll do the same thing.

Well I'm not sure what you can give her as a 1 month old. Try bicycling her legs. I would call the pediatrician and get advice. They can tell you exactly what to do.
