My son never crawled and started walking at 11 months.. and just now at a year and a half is trying to crawl.. he just never liked the idea of crawling LOL.. so it all depends on the child

both of my boys did not start crawling until 9 months. but all babies are different. my little girl is only 7 months and is trying to scoot. she gets all over the house by, scooting/rolling.

My daughter is 9 months and has been crawling for about a month now. She did the army crawl from about 7 months and then started to crawl properly. Crawling is not an official milestone, some babies dont crawl at all some babies start walking and then go back to crawling. It just depends on the baby!!

Every baby is different. One of mine started before 4 months. My little brother never crawled but started walking at about 10 months. A friend of mine a few years ago had a son who didn't crawl until 11 months, and he's perfectly normal now. So don' t worry; as long as your little one is on track in every other area crawling will eventually come.
Also, if you want to encourage it, let your baby play on the floor as much as possible. Put toys just out of reach, and relax!

I can't remember off the top of my head but my daughter was between 7-8 months. he'll be fine, my friends son didn't crawl til a few weeks before his first birthday

i was worried bout that too but i hear like 6 months, but its diff with every baby so i stop worryin' my son is almost 7 months and is creeping around now

The average is from 8-10 months, sometimes earlier sometimes later......girls usually earlier, they develop motor skills before boys
