We don't use bc, nor do we use nfp. We just want to let things happen when they happen. :) Anyway- plese HELP! I heard about the Creighton Model as a means to pick out wherein the problem lies when it comes to abnormal bleeding. My cycles have been messed up for a couple of years. Yes, I have been to various doctors and have had all the tests done. Everything came back normal. I have some sort of hormonal imbalance but no one knows exactly whats wrong or how to fix it. I've tried so many things. I do not want to get on bc. I know some people say it fixes heavy bleeding, but I belive it's just a Bandaid solution. It's a strong drug and is known to cause some fertitlity issues for women after they have gotton off it. (yes, I've actually know people who have had it happen) Anyway, I'm going to the Creighton intro tonight. Has anyone else used it to get their cycles back on track? I just want to be normal again and be able to have another baby!

Hi, Stifler's Mum! I've been losing weight for month. I exercise each day unless I'm having really bad cramps. I have magnesium on my list of things to buy for cramps! I will definitely try the EPO! How do you use it, how often, etc? Did you order it online?

I lost weight, exercised and took evening primrose oil and magnesium supplements which is said to help with period problems and my period was regular and not as painful or heavy, until I got pregnant which is also a risk of taking EPO.

ETA: I told another lady on this site about the EPO and she tried it and got pregnant. Worth a try.
