I would just read the labels on the yogurt and find one that is full fat and not made with any kind of sweetener. Plain is the best but I know a lot of kids wouldn't eat that. I used to give my son Lil Ones or YoBaby.

My daughter used to eat everything, then she got violently sick when she was 11 months and got super PICKY.

I did figure something out though, if I heat up some mixed frozen veggies and then make scrambled eggs in them, my daughter will eat them. I think I started off with salsa (mild of course) and then worked up to bigger chunks of veggies. She actually just had it for breakfast this morning. I still put some salsa in it for flavor. I don't use any butter or oil either :) Sometimes I put cheese on her eggs, but usually not. I also noticed that my daughter is more inclined to eat peas and carrots if they are in mac n cheese - that's how I get her to eat tuna also. She is 14.5 months now.

I change up the veggie mix every so often too so she gets a good variety.

As for fruit - my daughter still won't eat certain things (like oranges), but I don't push it. Putting pureed fruit on pancakes (whole grain makes it even better!) is a great sub for syrup. My daughter loves to 'dip' her pancake in it so I cut it up into strips. Sometimes I spread it on for her though. I still give her baby fruits this way. We have so much left over and it's a healthy alternative.

I put either peanut butter or almond butter on toast. I just never gave my daughter the option on things. She ether ate it or didn't eat until next meal time. It happened rarely though. I mainly gave veggies off my own plate to her. I think seeing me eat them and like them has helped her eat them.

im also curious as to whether theyre solid or pureed. my son got bored with baby food my 6months and wanted more challenging stuff to use his new teeth with, so he would constantly spit it out. Now he is a year and a half and will eat fruits and veggies of almost any kind as long as i am not offering junk to him during the day. If he knows he could have a cookie who would want a carrot? I think the best thing to do is just keep offering and eventually they will or leave like peeled apple slices or small chunks in your case and eventually they will eat when they are hungry. However if when she doesnt eat fruits and veggies you give in and give yogurt everytime instead she might just be accustomed to that. I have always said whats for dinner is what is for dinner if he does not eat it we put it in the fridge and try again a half hour later instead of trying to give him something he likes better.

Oh, and with my daughter I always put her fruit and veggies on her tray first and get her to eat some before I give her anything else. I find if I give her everything at once she wont touch the fruit or veggies.

My son did the same thing at that age. I found he would eat applesauce, so I would make my own and add sauced peaches and whatever else I could get in there. I would mash banana, heat it up, add a little cinnamon and use it as a spread on his toast. He loved eating frozen blueberries and the frozen veggies. Smoothies are another great way to get fruit into them. Add zucchini, spinach, carrots, celery etc to any kind of sauce you make. I puree veggies in my blender and add them to ground beef, turkey etc. I will mince up broccoli, cauliflouer and add it into his rice. Even though I found ways to hide fruit and veggies in his food I would also always offer him a serving on his plate so he would get used to them and hopefully try them.

are you still giving purees or are you giving solids. If you are still giving purees try giving her them cut up instead. Cook them to make them soft and just let her have them as finger foods. You could also try using a dip. If you are giving her them as solids then you might have to sneak them in to other foods pastas are really good for that you can hide almost anything in a bowl of spaghetti.

Maybe you could try hiding it in other food by mixing in if you haven't tried that already. I had to do that sometimes with my boys when they were younger.
