My son will be turning 1 on December 29th, and besides the fact that it's right after Christmas it's going to be cold outside. I am not concerned about making a huge production, after all I am on a budget..I just want to do a little something with a few little kids. What do I do?

Sara, I am on the same boat, but my daughter was actually born Christmas Day. I am just going to give her some extra presents wrapped in birthday paper, then have a celebration a few weeks after all the holiday madness.
