My ex partner and i split when my daughter was 4 months old, we have a visitation order that he sees her 2 weekends a month, but he has moved away to england since september 2011 for university, does the visitation order still stand or is it now void as he moved away?
Also, he does not and has never paid CSA, before he left he told me he was claiming a £250 per month grant from student finance as he is a 'single parent' yet he does not send anything for our daughter. Can i report him to student finance as not being the resident parent and falsely claiming?

Yes it still stands as I lived in England and my ex lives in northren Ireland, he got our sons twice a year summer and Christmas, you should phone CSA and they will get the ball rolling for him to pay for his daughter. And about student loans I'd tell then as he isn't a single parent you are

I would. Take him back to court and get child support from him. He moved out of the country and does not see his daughter anymore, seems like he does not want to be in her life.
