I am too blessed to be stressed ! My man works long hours yet he'll still bring my washing in or wash the dishes after tea. I don't expect him to do anything but he has a brain lol :)

Some do! My husband usually takes over dish duty and laundry,..and cooking. I usually take care of bills and the rest of the house cleaning..I have a ton of friends whose husbands don't do ANYTHING,..so whatever my husband does,..I am always very thankful for!!

Most men tend to sit back and let there partners do it cuz they are bone they would rather play on games and do sod all ....although u do get the odd one that does make the effort,Usually most women try and drop hints but most of the time that doesnt work ethier, its only when the woman stands up to the bloke and give him a good tellin off then he will move!!!...(but even then they do half a job).

Actually yes. My guy is a stay at home dad. He was laid off. So since he is at home and I work he does all of the house work and caring for our daughter. But when he gets a job, we will split everything 50/50. Its only fair that way.

Yes. My husband does laundry and dishes. Just quit doing it. When he needs his work clothes he'll start washing the clothes. That's how mine started. He won't clean or cook though.

When my children were young I did all of the housework because I was home all the time. I'm a bit compulsive about it. Now that he's retired he does alot on his own because it gives him something to do. I work full time now but when I'm home I do it because it keeps me from being bored. Best of luck to you young couples, you should try to work on this problem and do it 50/50. Keeps the peace!

I have to say I lucked out with my husband, he does all of the grocery shopping & cooking & helps out with the cleaning ... id say its about 50/50 ... he hates doing dishes as much as i do LOL so usually i take care of that, but if i were to ask him to he would do it without a fuss ... he's pretty domestic actually :)

LOL surprisingly enough my husband does a lot of housework but usually it's when I'm not home to do it. He's also the one who takes the laundry to the laundrymat to do.

The correct questions would be Do RESPONSIBLE MEN DO HOUSEWORK? And yes...but I have only found maybe 1 responsible man. And no, he's not my husband. Although, my hubby has been helping around the house a lot more than he used to! He realizes he gets sex more often when he does! lol

Hell NOOO!!! hahahahaha fat chance on that one... with my husband anyway... lol... he rarely does any house work... he can't even put his own damn clothes away, like who does he think i am?? his mother??... I already have 3 other ppl's laundry to clean, fold, AND put away, why the hell should I put his clothes away too?? So I have gone on strike.... now he will be washing, folding, AND putting away all of his clothes HIMSELF, or he can wear dirty clothes... or go get his mommy to do it for him... lol... And what the hell is it with men taking there socks off in the living room and just leaving them there on the floor when they have to walk right past the laundry room to go to bed (or where ever)?? or when they leave there garbage sitting litterally RIGHT beside the garbage can??? or putting luandry on the floor RIGHT beside the hamper?? it's like men assume that when they marry us we are automatically agreeing to become a full-time maid, waitress, cook, mother, dry cleaner, dish washer... full-time EVERYTHING, and just b/c they work outside of the home, it's OK for them to be lazy inside the home... Well guess what boys... it's NOT OK!!!

My hubby does help out as much as he can. Usually on the weekends he does most of the cleaning and taking care of our son. I adore him for that. We do laundry together and cook together at times. He does cook on his own but once in awhile. Let me tell you I LOVE HIS COOKING. Thankfully his dad taught him everything as they were growing up.

my husband is amazing. he works full-time and will still clean the house and cook dinner and bathe the children. i'm a full-time student and have other school committments that take me away from home at least one weekend a month and many late nights. he doesn't complain but picks up any slack around the house and still finds time to help me study.

My husband is amazing, he does everything and anything I ask. Especially since I have been super sick with pregnancy. He is amazing and I am blessed. I love him, and I know that I don't have to worry about anything when house work needs done.

I can honestly say mine does. He is the best. When I was in nursing school He picked up the slack without missing a beat. Of course that may be because I make more money than he does now. lol lol

I don't think any guy likes to do housework unless you complain until he gets off his butt and does something.

My partner dose the house work with out being asked or hinted. He works as a Cleaner/Wardy at a hospital, and he LOVE'S to clean. Some days i get so mad at him because he dose it all before i wake up and thats what i wanted to do, so i have worked a roster when we both do it and if i dont feel uo to it, he jumps up and dose it for me. There are some rare fellow's out there and i must have gotten one :)

If your partner isnt helping out with the everyday "HOUSEWORK"..Then he's not much of a PARTNER..working outside the house or inside...being a mother with 2 kids or more..is like haveing 5 FULL TIME JOBS ( at least ) COME ON MEN..If your not steppin up...JUST DO IT!! (You might even get laid a little more..lol)
