Yes it can. it is a little acidic and on their sensitive skin it can do that. Easiest way to tell if that is the problem is to take them off the juice and see if it clears up. My kids all get it if they drink to much. Water it down and try to limit their intake to avoid it.

Yes it can. My son has quite a sensitivity to acidic foods and apple juice is acidic like someone else said. It causes yeast infections. My son is able to drink apple juice as long as I dilute it. I give him 1/4cup of juice with 3/4water..

im not to sure about it causing nappy rash. however, it's awful for your little ones teeth. i hope your diluting the hell of it before you give it to your bubs.

Hey there, I have heard that it can cause diaper rash never experienced it myself, but orange juice is worse. If you are going to give apple juice to your bub then my suggestion is to water it down a little.

I've never heard of this but I don't doubt that it possibly could. Apple juice is slightly acidic and sometimes acidic foods/beverages can cause diaper rash.
