No, tanning does not dry up breast milk. And lets be honest, a little Vitamin D never killed anyone. It will probably do you good as it aids in calcium absorption. Use a high pressure bed if your concerned with burning/aging. Wear lotion (try to find a more natural lotion to avoid harmful chemicals), and be sure not to be in there too long. Burning is what really causes damage.

I have no idea about that but I do know that it causes premature aging (lines, wrinkles,and liver spots.) Not to mention skin cancer. I have friends that are older and tanned to kingdom come in the 80's and now regret it bigtime! Now they spray on tan or lotion. Sorry to preach but you are a pretty girl don't let the sun ruin that!
