What are your babies eating? My son is 9 1/2 months with 2 teeth. This is a sample days foods.

Breakfast- mixgrain cereal made with whole milk and chopped up fruits

Morning snack- 10 ounce cup (3/4 formula, 1/4 whole milk)

Lunch- brocolli mac & cheese, flavored no sugar added applesauce (blueberry is his favorite), and 1-2 ounces of juice or water to drink

Afternoon snack- 10 ounce cup (same mixture as before)

Dinner- Green beans, gerber chicken pasta, 1-2 ounces of water or juice to drink

Bedtime- 10 ounces cup (same as before)

**he snacks when he sees us eat...maybe a few bites of what we are having if ok for him or just 3-6 gerber puffs/melts/crunchies

**yes I have started slowly introducing milk...he was refusing to drink to the point he was barely getting 10 ounces a day of formula. Now I offter 10 ounces of my milk formula mixture each time, and he's averaging about 24 ounces a day.

** My son does not eat baby foods anymore (stage 1, 2, or 3). He eats gerber stage 4 or table foods i make.

If you see this, leave this form field blank.

My daughter never ate baby food. She hated it. We started her on simple foods at 7 and a half months and had two teeth. Banana slices, avocado chunchs, rice balls, cherios.

Now she eats whatever we eat. She has about five small meals a day. She is now nearly 14 months and this is what a typical day looks like...

Yogurt and Cherios for breakfast, or sometimes a mushroom omelett or oatmeal.

Midday snack of fresh fruit (Berries of any kind, watermelon, mandarin oranges, or bananas)

Lunch could be anything from grilled cheese and avocado sandwiches, soups and toast, salmon and rice, anything goes.

Snack of cheese and crackers, Heinz Toddler Biscuits or Bran to Go Bites.

For dinner she will have pretty much what we will eat. But her favourites are Stone Stew (Plantains, Lima Beans, Carrots, Squash, Zuccini, Corn, Peas, Barley and Beef or Chicken), Pastina in a homemade spicy tomato sauce (she is weird, she loves spicy!), with more fruit leather for dessert. (Sometimes ice cream if Grandpa's over)

She is also still breastfed on demand. She nurses about 3 times a day, and another 3 times over night. And she has a sippy of Juice and another of chocolate whole milk throughout the day. And water whenever she wants it.

hi there! my son is 9 mts with 2 teeth as well - and this is what he eats :
breakfast - either a package of oatmeal or a waffel with chopped up fruit and 7 oz formula
snack - gerber fruit puffs, 1- 2 oz water
lunch - meat (alternates between ham, chicken, turkey, pork) with either brown rice, sweet potatoes, or potatoes and veggies (combo of carrott, peppers, broccoli, cauliflour, mushrooms...) and 7oz formula
snack - puffs again and water
supper - the same as lunch with different combos (or pasta and veggies) with 7 oz formula
bedtime - chopped up fruit and 8oz formula

my son has never had jar food so he started on table foods fairly early...he's been eating what i eat for a couple of months now as i found it easier to transition him to chunks when i was making his food myself. and sometimes he's not hungry for a snack so if he doesn't seem to need it, he just gets his water...but trust me, he lets me know when he wants one! :)
