One food that no one ever thinks about but is one of the best foods you can give your child is avacados. just cut it in half and feed it to him straight out of the shell. They're so good for them, although do wait til after he's been eating cereal for about 3-4 weeks first. Good luck!! Take lots of pictures.

Rice cereal first. Then as soon as he gets the eating and swallowing down, introduce orange/yellow veggies and fruits. Introduce a new food every three to four days and mix it up. Example: carrots, carrots, carrots, squash, squash, carrots, squash, sweet potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, squash, sweet potatoes, apples, apples, carrots, sweet potatoes, squash, apples. The reason why you wait a few days to introduce a new food is so you can watch for allergic reaction. The reason why you keep a random order of foods is to keep baby guessing so they don't just eat one thing. Good luck!
