My son is 4 and a half months old. He's been eating baby cereal for about a month now and is doing great on it. He's starting to eat alot of it and alot of formula too and he's gets hungry very often. When did you start your baby on fruits and veggies?

if he's been eating cereal for a month, then you should be fine to introduce veggies. my advice is to start him out on veggies first (carrots are a good first), because sometimes if you give them fruit first, then they wont want veggies lol. but like katarina said, wait 3 days before introducing a new one so you notice if he's having an allergic reaction. have fun, mom... it gets really messy! :)

Doesn't hurt to start veggies. 1 new food every 3 days to watch for allergies! Have fun, my 13 month old still doesn't like veggies

i'd say you're good to start them now. my son started cereal the day he turned 4 mths and then a week later we began with veggies

We started our son on veggies first at 6 months and then moved onto fruits around 6.5 months.
