Hi everyone, I am the mother of three, my kids are 9, 7, and 3. My husband and I had some problems about a year and half ago. I took one good look in the mirror and decided to change........well everything. Not that I wanted to change for him, I wanted to change for me. I guess you can say it was a wake up call. For some reason I thought I married Superman, or my prince charming and I could let myself go and everything would be alright. I didnt like the person I seen in the mirror anymore. So I started working out and changing my eating habits. I have lost fifty pounds, and I can honestly say I really like the way I look in the mirror now, and the way my clothes look on me. I like the looks I get. Just one problem no matter how much I work out or do I have this baby pouch. My lower abs look awful, I dont know if it is because I have had three c-sections I just dont know. It sticks out and sags. PLEASE if anyone has an advice I would appreciate it. As long as it dont fall in the lines of surgery. 1)Can't afford it and 2) Im not comfortable going under the knife unless medically necessary. Thanks!
