H1N1 Vaccine???

I am currently on the fence about getting my children (ages 1 and 3) the swine flu vaccine.. Have your kids gotten it? What made you decide to have them get it? If not, why? Has your child had swine flu? How bad was it?

I personally WILL NOT have my kids (1yr and 4yr) get the H1N1 vaccine, I dont think they know enough about this vaccine and my kids will not be the ones they test on!!!!! I really think every one is BLOWING this H1N1 way much bigger than it should be, unless your child has a medical problem I think it would be like them getting any other kind of flu!! Every one freaked out when the Org. Flu shot came out too!! Which last year was the first year my son had the shot and it made him sick for 4 weeks!!!!!! I think its more of a personal choice!! But like I said my choice is NO! :) Best of luck god bless ox

My children have not received the H1N1 vaccine but I have, I work at the hospital in the ER so I am constantly in contact with very sick people. I choose to receive the vaccination because I have small children and I did not want to bring it home to them. I have not had any side effect of the vaccine, and feel that if you have school age children it would be good to have them vaccinated.
