we started using avent bottles but after a couple of weeks he had really bad colic so we changed them to dr browns and they really worked. now his 6 months and i was thinking of going back to avent bottles. alot of doctors say that babies under 3 months dont get colic but ive heard different. has anyone else gone back to their orginal bottles and if so how old are your babies and are they free of colic.

my sons colic lasted until he was over 1 year old and dr browns bottles were all he could use

i found dr browns better, my son is 16 months and still using dr browns

he should be able to use any bottle. i have 3 kids and my first had colic . the key is to burp him offten even when he hasnt eaten aso look in the baby section at walmart for the baby gass relief . i dont know how to spell it but it starts with a M and it is in a greenish box. give it to him every time he eats it wont hurt him and it will help pervent colic.
