i swear this just happened to me. i hadnt had my period since sept. i took 2 tests and they were both negative. i went to the OB/GYN and she did the blood test to double check as well as check my thyroid levels. the pregnancy test came back negative as well as my thyroid levels. what she did was perscribe progestin to jump start my hormones. i took them for 10 days and yesterday i finally got it (3 months later)!!!. do you know how relieved i was! i have 15 month old twins, i dont think i could support another child, or it wouldnt be fair to the child. my best advise is go the the dr and have them check your thyroid levels and ask about hormones to get you back. now that i have my period i will be able to start back on my birth control.

I had not had my period since last Oct. was checking and the tests said I wasn't pregnant.
but then in Jan I was.... So I couldn't tell you why your not getting your period.. But that it happends... are you under a lot of stress? change your diet?
