hi JAMI, WELL IT LOOKS LIKE YOU DEF HAVE UR HANDS FULL!!! I DEF KNOW THAT HOW I'M FEELING IS NOT FROM POST PARDOM DEPRESSION I DIDN;T DEPRESSED AFTER I GAVE BIRTH TO MY SON THREE MONTHS AGO. i JUST FEEL THAT THERE ISN'T ENOUGH TIME TO DO THINGS FOR MYSELF WITHOUT FEELING THE GUILT OF DOING IT! MY OLDEST SON IS TWO YRS OLD AND IT TEARS MY HEART WHEN HE TELLS ME NO MOMMY DON'T GO SIT DOWN!!! I END UP DOING JUST THAT UNLESS OF COURSE I HAVE TO GO TO WORK! i HAVEN'T RETURNED BACK TO WORK TO DATE , WILL RTN IN SEPT, NMOT LOOKING FORWARD TO THAT AT ALL! BUT ANYWAYZ, I DON'T FEEL BOUT MY BODY AT ALL AND I FEEL LIKE IT'S TAKEN ME FOREVER TO LOSE THE EXTRA BABY WEIGHT. i'VEN ALREADY LOST 31 LBD BUT I STILL DON'T FEEL THAT'S ENOUGH! I FEEL THAT IF i LOSE THE WEIGHT I WLD BE A "PERFECT MOTHER" DON'T KOW WHY IT'S A CRAZY FEELING. i LOVE MY KIDS SOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH AND I WLD DO ANYTHING FOR THEM EVEN IF IT MEANS PUTTING MYSELF ON THE BACK BURNER!

Just a thought to I felt this way when I was dealing with post pardom depression. If it doesn't go away on its own or gets worse please for the sake of your sanity do not hide from it get help even if its just talking to a close friend.

I am a mother of six I have an 11 yo, 8yo, 6yo, 4yo, 20month old, 10week old. My trick to feeling better about me without leaving the babies is to try to get up an hour before everyone and take a short walk or even work out to the TV then take a shower and do my hair and make up before everyone wakes up then I start my day feeling pretty even if it only lasts a short time it helps.

I am also a mom of 2 and have another one on the way.I always find a mini makeover works after having a baby. Have daddy or find a sitter for a couple of hours and go get your hair done, do some shopping(for you only!!!!) and go to the mall and get your make-up done for you. You will come back feeling good and have a little more pep in your step. For me I have to do all this before I can go back to work so I can get back in the groove of things. I bet it would be helpful in your case too, the same night that u get the mini makeover, have a date night with Hubby, even if it's just a walk... but still get prettied up..he'll like it, and you'll get some connec time with him. Hope all goes well for you.

Your welcome:) yeah I know, were big softies at heart. I still feel incredibly guilty about anytime spent away from my little one but I constantly reasure myself that everybody needs a breather, we're not robots:) Easier said than done huh:) you're doing a great job though; its not an easy raising 2 littlies. My baby is just about to be 1, and I just couldnt imagine what it'd be like to have another little body to look after. Im in total admiration of women like you:)

Hey, wow firstly you have ALOT on your plate! Sounds like your an awesome mum, good on you:) I did feel that way the first 4 months after my son was born but slowly i started making the effort to schedule things for myself. Like getting my hubby to watch our baby when I would go to the gym etc.. its small small steps.. it'll happen. You have alot going on right now, but even if its a mani/pedi every week or so.. its still something to look fardward to and some relax/recoup time for yourself. You deserve it:)
