I had that too. I had no symptoms of being pregnant, no nausea, vomiting, wasnt showing. I was always scared I had lost the baby. But i didnt :) Might be your ligaments stretching.

It is normal to experience cramps as your womb starts to stretch and gros to accomodate your growing baby but if it feels wrong to you then go to the doctors.
A few years ago I miscarried and I just knew it was happening before I saw any blood, it is your body and you know if something's wrong, better to check and feel silly when everything's fine than to not check and possibly have a problem going on. Good luck :)

Yeah it can be I would still call your doc just to be safe and put your mind at ease. It's your body and your baby so even if someone tells you you're overeating who cares. :)
