Im currently pregnant with my second baby. My son is currently 6 yrs old (Ryan Matthew) Im having another boy and have decided to name him Ethan. I'm having trouble finding a middle name that sounds good. I can't use a middle name that begins with the letter "G" because his innitials will spell "EGG" lol and Im sure he will be made fun of in school. Any suggestions?

I like Ethan James.. I know it's not Italian but it sounds good together. My son is Evan James and it's worked out great. So I think Ethan James would too =)

i have a personal preference to Chase. I named my second child Xander Chase. My first son is Tyler Noah.
I've been reading some of the names people have come up with and Ethan james is very fluent. Ethan is a wonderful name by the way, that was on my list for both my children

I don't know how "weird" you wanna go, I like "different" names...what about Andante? Andante is a tempo mark in music directing that it be played at a moderately slow tempo. Ethan Andante Gionti I read some of the others, if u wanna go traditional Drake and Riley are cute.

Ethan Lorenzo has a really nice sound its italian and not too old fashioned plus it has a Z in it lol
I have always loved that name.

You have gotten alot of great suggestions. I like Michael or Antonio. With our boys we used last names as middle names, names of people we admired for one reason or another, their harder for people to fight about, can sound really contemporary and in your case very Italian. Good luck!

I WOULD SAY Alexander. U HAVE TO FIND A NAME THAT MAKES HIM A PERSON. I KNOW A PERSON WHO JUST CALLED OUT DIFFERENT NAMES TO HER BABY AND IF THE BABY KICKED SHE KNEW THAT WOULD BE THEIR NAME. NOT TO SAY THAT WORKS. BUT LIKE ME ALL BUT ONE OF MY KIDS HAVE TO MIDDLE NAMES.SO GO WITH U HEART AND IT WILL LEAD U TO THE RIGHT NAME
