I have a friend Alanna Elyce. I think Ellsie Elyce sounds pretty.

I'm Elsa Marie and my husbands great aunt was Elsie Marie
I have no regrets I always thought it had a smooth flow together

Another couple of votes for Elsie May, Elsie Marie, and Elsie Grace...
maybe even Elsie Angel or Elsie Sue...
I also concur with everyone else though, what ever sounds best with your last name...also you might want to be careful with acronyms...

Elsie Marie (I saw that this was already suggested, but decided to add another vote), Elsie Lynn (this too), Elsie Beth...

If you want something unique and not common....

Elsie Rhealyn (pronounced Ray-Lynn) would be cute and different.

But like Kiyomi said... it depends on what sounds best with your last name

I was going to suggest Elsie Mae (May), or Elsie Jean, or Jane. It really depends on which sounds better with your last name.
