The more you breastfeed your baby you should be producing more breast-milk. I know that using a breast pump is not very helpful until you have a set feeding pattern with your baby. I know at time it may seem like your baby is getting enough but just keep breastfeeding on demand and your milk supply should increase.

My doctor told me to start a hot bath then lay in the tub boobies down and gently rub them in a circular motion and they will start to produce milk, Plus a breast pump helps alot!!!!!!!

I went through a period when my daughter was like 5 months old that I swore I wasnt producing enough. I thought I was going to have to switch to formula, which made me sad. But it turns out that babies go through growth spurts and your body has to adjust to the increase in demand for milk. Now, I produce enough for my little girl (who is now 9 months old) with no problem. Just let the baby feed as often as you want and it will come. You can also pump more often too, my sis in law did that and it worked pretty well. Good luck, oh and make sure you are eating enough calories and drinking enough liquids!!!

The pills that i believe Chantelle is talking about is called Domperidone. It is specifically designed to increase your milk supply. Also skin to skin contact with your bub will help too.

Drink lots and lots of water and breastfeed a lot! I had the same problem and ended up giving up and going with formula. It just wasn't for me.
