There isn't a magic solution. Laser surgery only works sometimes and can have horrible side effects if not done properly by a trained professional. Laser surgery is only for marks that are visibly red or brown.

Try a sunless tanner.

Personally, I see them as my badges of Mommy-honor!

If Cocoa butter "always worked", no woman would have stretchmarks. There is no magical solution.

My dermatologist office offers a laser treatment to get rid of them. I don't know that much about it (the one thing I got lucky with! lol) but I know that the sooner you have it done the less treatments it takes. Also, insurance doesn't usually pay for it, but it is not very expensive and you pay by the treatment, so you can space it out if you need to. A friend of mine did it and only needed two treatments and I think she said she spend less than $1k.

if they are still a purple colour that should fade to lighter shade but unfortunatly you cant get rid of them. you can make them look better and feel better either fake tan or some sun will help to make them less visable and toning your stomach will take that crinkled look away. But to be completly honest in my experience you have to learn to live with them. If it helps i have a lot of male friends from 20s to 40s and they all say they dont even notice them its only woman who are obsessed with them.
