My daughter's name is Katia-Claire Sarang
Katia-Claire because my husband and loved the name Claire and I loved the name Katia. So we put them together. We call her KC.

Sarang is her middle name and it means "Love" in Korean. My mother, who is Korean, wanted her to give her a Korean name.

my daughter's name is Crystal Dawn she was named after three of my best friends who played an important role in my pregnancy. and i thought the names sounded so beautiful together.

my middle child is named after his father Stephen Daniel but he's called Danny after his grandfather my partners father. he died when my partner was just a boy. i also loved the meaning behind Daniel. its a strong name.

now my last child the baby he name is Gavin Donald-Lee. the Donald comes from a very beloved uncle that i practically worshiped as a child. and Lee is after my father who i adore. all three names are strong names that will give my child strength that he can pull on.

Hello, I have two sons, my oldest's name is Lucas Andrew - the only thing to his name is that their strong heritages are Irish and German. And Lucas falls under both. Andrew was just a name his father wanted because of a relative. And my youngest is Derek Mason - again Derek is German and Mason is what me and his father agreed on because it somewhat goes with his (Jason). And if the one I am carrying happens to be a little girl, I know her middle name will be Marie in honor of my mom who passed away 5 years ago, it's a family name. It was her middle name, my middle name and I want to pass it on to a girl (if I have one) in honor of her and the family.

Dante William

My partner's last name is Bolgarian (he is as kiwi as!) so we wanted a unique name that gelled with his last name. Dante was the only name we could agree on, plus Dante isn't common and I didn't want a common name although the names I liked were Hunter and Preston. Which are now very common in New Zealand.

Dante is from a playstation game, Devil may cry and when my parnter was growing up, he wanted to change his name to either Dante or William.

William is after my Grandad who passed away from Bone cancer when I was 4 years old. My Dad is my social father (im donor concieved), and I was very close to his dad.

William and James are the too names that are passed down on my Dad's side.

If we were having a girl her name would have been Alexia (hadn't chosen a middle name).

Breelyn Kathryn:

We love the name Bree, but we both knew Breanne's and Breanna's...so a friend found the named Breelyn and I immediately fell in love with it. Breelyn means "exhaulted and high minded".

Kathryn is my mom's first name. My husband has a tradition in his family where the middle name is named after a grandparent.

Also, my daughter's first, middle and last name all have the letter "Y" in it and Breelyn and Kathryn end in "yn". Kathryn means "pearl"

We named our daughter Abigail Mae. Mae is my mother's middle name and was her grandmother's middle name as well. Abigail came from a dream I had while pregnant with her. All I saw was a hospital hallway with a baby crib in the middle of the hallway. The name tag on it said Abigail (then our last name). (That's also when I decided I must be having a girl, but didn't find out for sure until she was born.)

I named my daugher Natalie James. James is my husbands middle name and seemed to go well with Natalie. Natalie doesn't have any significance beyond that we thought it was pretty. It actually means Christmas Child which doesn't apply at all!

Alia is a hebrew name/ arabic name meaning: To ascend; to go up / Lofty; sublime

May as partner wanted a goddess name meaning is "the fifth month". The month of May was named for Maia, the Roman earth goddess. so that was my way of getting a goddess name :) And her surname means Great

Our little girl (due very soon!!) will be named Harley Kaidence Raine...Harley b/c I wanted a tomboy name for a girl and my husband thought of it b/c he is a huge Batman buff, plus the name's not very common. Kaidence because we think it sounds pretty and its not too common. And I picked Raine because I wanted a pretty nature name ^_^, added the "e" to be different. I originally wanted to name her Love Lee (for Lovely) but hubby said it was way too hippy sounding, lol.

My younger son is Tyson James.Tyson means strength and James once again is his dad's middle name.

I know it's a little weird for them to have the same middle name but their dad is in the Army and I wanted them to have his namesake if anything God forbid should happen to him.

Daughter 10yrs Victoria Lee (was suppose to be Katelynn, my mom didn't like so I had to change it. I walked by Victoria Secrets and decided on her name; she has my mom's middle name as the middle name.) Daughter 5 yrs Aelynn Rose ( Is a celtic word spelt differently meaning beutiful, and I gave her my grate grandmothers middle name.) Son 4yrs Logan Matthew (My husband picked it from X-Men from Wolvarine who's real name is Logan, and we gave him my husbands first name as a middle name 'cause we didn't want any JR's) Son 2yrs Connor Scott (We decided to stick with the celtic theme and pick Connor, and I gave him my step-dads middle name for the middle name.) We wanted to make sure each of the kids could say they have history to their name ;)

Hi Sarah,

from the day I get a positive test of pregnancy, I started to think about the names, went through a list of first names on internet, eliminating from 50 prefered ones to 10; when the sex was revealed I was sure about a boy's name and they told me I expected a girl! Few days after, a friend came with this lovely name, I falled in love with it: Etia means in hebrew " God is with me(the person caring the name)" the middle names are Mary-Anastasia( names of her grand-mothers on both sides, hopefully their spirits will look after her!).

My daughters name is Seralyn Anastasia. Seralyn - Sera came from a video game (Elder Scrolls Morrowind) that my husband and i played when we were dating. i stated using it as a screen name but it was too short so my hubby said and something to it so we desided on Lyn. and when it came time to think of a name for our little girl there was no second guessing what it would be. Anastasia - always loved the name it sounds so regal, and i love the idea of the Grand Dutchess Anastasia Nikolaevna. Even though it has now been proven to be un-true. Still thinks it is very lovely!!
