Does anyone know if there is a website where you can enter the ingredients that you have on hand and it'll give you recipes that you can make?

No, but I have one or two quick recipes that you could use. Fry an onion, green pepper and a little garlic. Add 1 can corned beef (in small pieces), and fry. Add a can
sweetcorn. Cook for a few minutes. It can be served with rice or dumplings,etc. It's affordable, no fancy ingredients and is always a hit.
