So Kaleb had is yearly last week, and of course height and weight was measured. Kaleb measured 3ft 2in and 22lbs. So his doctor says "ok how many tall people are in your and your husbands family". She was basically saying that he is a little taller than most 1yr olds. What do you ladies think?

My 1 1/2year old was a couple inches taller then your son at his one year check up. My husband is 6ft 1inch tall. My 2 1/2year old is taller then all the kids in his baby group. Nothing wrong with having a tall child. :)

sound like his healthy. my boys are in the above aravage too. we got peoeple in my family as 6'5 and all the way 7'0 i know that very rear too. the boys and my family are the tall one and the girls are most of the time short. but hey has along has you there healthy. that what matters. you in the end know if your child is healthy and happy.

its okay dont worry...my 4 month old is 28 inches tall (2ft 4 inch) which is pretty tall for her age. When I was in grade school i was always really tall, in 5th grade I was 5'6' tall (now I am 5'7') My husband was also VERY tall as a baby and he is average height. now.

If he's happy and healthy (and your doctor would tell you if hes not) well it sounds to me you are going to have a wonderful and tall boy on your hands which is a great thing congrats to you!
My son is also tall for his age and he is now 7 years old but looks like he's 10 years old and he has no worries he's healthy and happy and that's what i care about! So enjoy!
