2 year old kids don't need a bottle and don't typically need formula.
Other than that... I don't know what to tell you. My son wasn't ready to wean at 2 and I was ok with that. He wasn't ready to wean at 3 either, but circumstances dictated that he had to. He cried and asked about it almost every day for 2.5 months. Just about broke my heart, but there was nothing I could do anymore.

Mom, stop supplying. It's as simple as that. Of course he's going to throw a tantrum to get what he wants and be cranky. If you sincerely want him to stop you shouldn't let a tantrum and cranky attitude decide how you're going to act. What are you going to do the next time you set a limit and he starts throwing a tantrum?
Now if you secretly like breastfeeding and the bonding time then just keep breastfeeding. If this is the case though just do it because you want to. You shouldn't use the excuse 'well he's upset if I don't'.
If you don't want to breastfeeding just stop. He'll cry and be upset for a little bit and then he'll understand that no, Mommy isn't giving in, if I want milk I better drink it from this sippy cup. He will probably like homo milk more than formula anyway.
Stay strong mom! Trust me, just stop for 2 weeks no matter how much crying or crankiness and you'll see how quickly he learns.

I've been introducing milk to but once he see's the color of the milk he refuses to it.I also tried not to breastfeed him and he tend to get cranky and throwing tantrums and stuff it really frustrate us more..

If you refuse to feed him he will eventually get the idea.
He's only 2 though, he doesn't need to be independent. He should also not need to have formula anymore, he should be on normal milk and really only a couple of times a day. Put the milk into a sippy cup instead of a bottle, he's too old to introduce him to a bottle now.
