calcium, I would take extra calcium and it helped alot, I remember those horrid cramps, I think they were almost worse than labor, good luck

when u get a cramp stand up and ill stop. eat bananas they help u get patasium they should help with not getting cramps.

i used to get them through the night all the time when i was pregnant, they are sooo painful. My physio said to do calf stretches before you got to bed and to never point your toes when your laying down. the stretches will increase the blood flow in your legs before you go to sleep. once you have been doing them for a few days you shouldn't experience them anymore
