I always liked the name Nicole 4 a girl because it's my middle name,thats the name we were going with right up until the delivery room.But when my daughter was born,she was the splitting image of her daddy (BRIAN) so she is called Brialynn after him & her middle name is Micaela..I have always loved that name.

My kids names are Jayden Micah-Hynes and Liam Scott.

I will start with Jayden's name! I don't really have much of a story behind the name Jayden, other than the fact that the name Jayden just came to us, it was back in 2003, and it as RIGHT before the name got really popular. His father is italian and wanted a bunch of italian names, however, his father wasn't really in the picture, and I am not italian, so we already agreed that Jayden's last name would be mine...so I wasn't going to give him an italian first name and then my not-so-italian last name. Haha! Jayden was the only one that we agreed on. My grandpa, who, to this day is one of my biggest heroes ever (both of my grandfathers are!), passed away just 5 days after I learned that I was pregnant. I didn't get a chance to tell him. I was just a teenager and my grandpa was really sick. His name was George Michael Hynes. He went by the name Michael, aka "Mike" but we had so many Michaels in the family after him. So with Micah being one of my favorite books in the bible, and sounding LIKE Michael, I picked Micah, and then added -Hynes to Jayden's middle name, in honor of my grandpa, Michael Hynes.

Liam's story is alittle different. I was told he was going to be a girl through my whole pregnancy! Right before he was born, the doctor said "ummm....baby grew a penis!" I didn't really know what to name him! Then suddenly, right before he was born, the name Liam came to me. I didn't research it or anything. His father was no longer in the picture for reasons I would rather not make public. But I had hopes that someday maybe he would be. I liked that Liam had other common parts of family names on both sids. Liam's grandfathers name on his fathers side is William, and well, WilLIAM...and my grandpa on my dad's side is Robert Leo, aka Leo, and Leo has that LEE sound, and Liam has that LEE sound in the beginning, and my dad's name is Robert Leo also. My brothers middle name is Lee, and my great grandfathers name is Leroy. So it all just fit together. Scott is my uncles name, and at the time, was one of my best friends names, who I ended up dating for a period of about 3 years, he helped me through some major hard times...Liam passed away to SIDS when he was 5 weeks and 3 days old. Scott and I are no longer dating, but he and I were dating when Liam had passed. After Liam passed, I finally looked up what his name meant, and it pretty much means: Unwavering protector and guardian. I think it suits my little man well.

My son is number six in a long line of John Hunter Mitchells. Because we call both his daddy and grandad John we decided to call him Hunter, like his great grandad was called. Which is good, it can get a little hairy at family gatherings if everybody is named John, lol!

My sons name is Drake Kingsley! We got my sons name from a Playstation game! It was getting very close to my due date and my partner and I couldn't agree on a name so we started looking at books, credits at the end of movie's etc. My partner then started to look through his game collection and came across a game called Uncharted, Drake's Fortune! We both loved the name so we called him Drake! I decided to give him my partners middle name Kingsley as it suited Drake perfectly! After he was named my partners grandfather made up a family tree of the Kingsley middle name, Drake is the 8th generation to have Kingsley as a middle name!

We are having a daughter later on this year, and we are naming her Scarlett Kiya, or Scarlett Abigail. We love the name Scarlett because is not very very common and it is also the name of one my favortie literary characters, Scarlett O'Hara from Gone with the Wind, Kiya would be for my cousin who passed away at age 15, or Abigail because a mentor would call me Abby after the girl from NCIS and my mentor is very special to me.

Our daughter is named Jaslyn Marie. Jaslyn is my middle name, and I always loved it and I felt that Marie just went well with the name. I'm not a person who goes for "odd" names as I have heard around, but I told my husband that if we ever had a daughter that she would be named that and he fell in love with the name.

We names our sons after my husband our oldest's middle name is his grandfathers but his first an last is his fathers, our soon to be second sons name will be his fathers. We picked nick names imediately our first son we often refer too as RJ meaning Ramin Junior our soon to be newbie will be JR for Junior!

My little man is named after both of his grandfathers who are deceased, and his step-grandfather (yes 3 names). He is a William Robert Joseph. My SO's father died a few years back, and my father passed when I was 5, so as soon as we found out we were having a little boy, we knew the only name good enough for him would be the name of his grandfathers. If we have a little girl, her name will be Victoria Ann Marie (Victoria is just a name I am in love with, and Ann is my mom's middle name & Marie is my MIL's middle name)

Erika, I have a friend named Alexander Kannon, no joke!

I named my daughter Callahan Marie, we call her Callie. I wanted a "c" or "K" sounding name. Callahan is my mother's maiden name, and Marie is my paternal Grandma who passed away 4 years ago. I wanted to combine both sides of my family. She gets to have my fiance's last name so he didn't get much of a say in naming her (but he did get approval).

Leah Madison, Lee is my grandfathers name who passed and madison is the female version of matthew which is her daddy's name! so my daughter is named after her daddy and my grandaddy!

my daughter is Payten Marie. I didnt get to do much while i was pregnant but lay around in the hospital and come up with names and when i worte down the name payten, i tryed spelling it a bunch of different ways but the one everyone commented the most about being different is the one i chose. my hubby didnt agree with the name but i already had my heart set so i let him pick the middle name even though i wouldnt have chosen it works since everyone is calling her by the name i chose haha

Reagan was a name I always wanted to be named myself and I liked the nickname "Rea" for a girl.. Lilley had two purposes... First, it is to honor the Virgin Mary, the lily is the flower that Mary is depicted with.. And the other reason is my husbands grandmother who raised him, her maiden name was Lilley (that's where we got the spelling)

I choose my name for my son out of the bible. I was visiting a church when i was abt 6 mths long and the preacher who became my pastor later...was preaching on Hanna in the book of samuel, and then i used my sons dads forst name " gregory"- Samuel Gregory.....my son is amazing .....!!!!

We picked Ava because we both loved it. It was the name of one of my friend's ex-gfs and at the time I had hardly ever heard it. (NOW I HEAR IT ALL THE TIME, go figure!) Then I wrote it down and my bf said no at first so I tried again like a month later and he was like "yeah I like that"...lol. If we had a boy it would have been Austin bc I love that name too. But now my friend has an Austin so if we ever have more kids and one's a boy...we'll have to come up with something different.

My little boy was named both after my fiance and I. His name is Rielyn Jace. My middle name is Lynn and his dads middle name is Ryan so we just stuck the two together and got Rylyn but didn't like the way it was spelt so we spelt it Rielyn. His Middle name is Jace because his daddys name is Jason and everyone calls him Uncle Jace. Also we orginally wanted a girl and if we had one we were gonna name her Riley Lynn so we stuck two and two together.
Now if we do end up having a little girl we want to name her Destiny Hope, Destiny because its my youngest sisters name and Hope because we just like the name and my fiance doesn't want to use it for a first name. But im sitll gonna get my way cuz I already told him I was gonna call her hope and he said ok everybody can then.

me and my fiance (just boyfriend at the time) where listening to coheed and cambria and thought that Cambria would be a really pertty name for a girl. while i was at disneyland with a friend it came to me "Cambria Aurora" aurora from the princess Sleeping beauty. I love princesses and my finaces favorite is sleeping beauty. so before we even found out we where prego we knew the name for a girl. so when we found out she was a she, there was no question about it! :)

My Husband picked the name Elijah after God's prophet in the Bible and I love the name Leighton. So we named our son Elijah Leighton. If we have a girl My mother loves the name Mackenzie and My Husband's mother loves the name Peyton. So, her name will be Mackenzie Peyton.

My daughters name is Rhyleigh Marie. I had always liked the name Riley for a girl but wanted a more feminine spelling so we went with Rhyleigh, the Leigh part is also my husbands middle name. and as for Marie, we thought it went well with Rhyleigh.

Devon Robert Trevor. Devon we just picked and liked. Robert is my Dads name and my husbands middle name and Trevor is my brothers name who past away.
If we have a girl her middle name will be Marie Tiffanie. Marie is my husbands mothers first name and my middle name (and my moms middle name and my grandmas and my great grandmas ect, ect) and Tiffanie was a very close friend of mine who past away. My husband likes Kayla and I like Saita, but who knows we have a year and a half or more to decided on names. lol

My daughters names are Serenity Isolde and Lilith Cheyenne. I picked Serenity because at the time I was going through a bad time and having her brought peacefulness to my life. Her middle name was a name that I've always liked. Lilith's name was a name that her father and I came up with. He liked Cheyenne and I liked Lilith and we couldn't decide which to use, so we combined the two.

I wanted sohemething beautiful and different but not to different. I loved Harper the first time I herd it. It sounds artistic to me but strong. Her middle name is Joy. we wanted something simple and beautiful for middle name. Also Joy means happy and if we where having a boy his name was to be Asher which also means happy.

My daughter's name is Haylee Mackenzey. Both my husband and I really liked the name Haylee and that's the spelling I really liked. My grandfather used to call me Mackenzie because he said the only Lindsay he knew was Lindsay Mackenzie and that was a guy and he always called me that...I don't ever remember him calling me Lindsay. So I picked that as Haylee's middle name and just changed the spelling to make it look less like a last name.

My husband and I had gotten the names down to 2 names. We couldnt decide so he said that we will go to 7 different places and see what one we find the most. It was either Chloe or Journey. Well we found 7 Chloe's and no Journeys. Chloe's middle names are Allise Lee. Allise comes from my mom and my little sister. Lee comes from my grandma (who passed away 3 yrs ago) and his mom and sister.

boyfirend (at the time now husband) picked out mikala issabella and i hated it from the get go since i had already stated i wanted her to have my step dad's last name it was fair he get the rest.while in delivery i thought she would be just like me blonde hair blue eyes not dark hair dark eyes like the name suggested to me. she was born we both looked at her and said kailee nichelle so she is named after all the important men in my life grandpa dad and step dad. and she is blonde hair blue eyes and looks like me when i was her age. when we had our 2nd daughter we wanted something different since we both had common names nana came up with torin (said tori N) daddy didnt like) but heck of a time with middle name but mom told me how her friends use to call her necci growing up and we really like torin necci but it seemed to in your face and i had a felling she was going to be a red head spit fire which she is so great nana said how about torin necciann and we just loved it!! she is named after great nana and nana!!
side note torin has her fathers last name i couldnt win with both

my eldest daughters name is Anna Doreen Althea Marie Anna was a name i really liked an suits her so well the other three are her great great ,, great great great and great great lol my sons name is Liam Thomas David Liam my bf loved the name so he gave him the first name and Thomas davis are great grandpa and grandpa and my youngest lol Lexi Ann Lee Lexi again the bf chose the name Ann is his mom middle name and Lee is my mom and grandmothers middle name :) each of my children really suit there names :)

Sophia is A mix of my Italian Family and my husbands Russian family..My husbands family calls her SoooKNEESKA...The name Sophia fit into both Cultures and well because my husband liked it. And Grace becasue it's though God's Grace and Love for me that I have a my daughter Sophia Grace.

My partner & i couldn't decide on a name for a girl we had a boys name picked but were stuck on a girls, then 3 wks before i had our daughter we decided on Kaylee Eve. Kay is after his mums middle name & Lee is after my mums middle name so in the end she was named Kaylee after both her nanas middle names & Eve was just a name we liked that went with it & What made it even more special is she was the first Grandchild for both of them so that suited her perfect.

At the time we had our son barely heard the name Damien, but now it seems everyone is naming their son damien =( However his middle name is Charles. My 1 yr. olds name is Adrianna. I had a girl in the class I taught w/ the same name but spelled w/ 1 n - that was the 1st time I heard the name. The week before we found out she was a girl my fiancee & I were out & someone said that name & I said I liked it for a girls name & he said he did too. After thinking about it my best friends name is Diana (actually she was born Dianna but somewhere along the way the extra n got dropped) & my moms Andrea so I though it kind of reminded me of the two names scrambled up so I liked it even more. Her middle name is Rose which is shortened for her great great grandmother Rosalina on her dads side & Rose was also the name of 1 of my great aunts.

The baby in my belly's name is Aiyanna Drea. I wanted another A name because myself, my fiancee, & my daughter are all A's. My fiance's oldest daughter is Giana so he wanted another name that ended w/ -anna so after looking through names w/ the combination of the 2 we found that - the meaning is eternal blossom which I thought was pretty too. Drea is short for Andrea after my mom.

My son is Lacota Ryan. We wanted something different well I found Lakota it's native american for friend. And our family hertitage is native american on both my side and my husband's. We didn't like the spelling tho, it just didn't look right to us, so we made it Lacota. Ryan is my husband's middle name.

trevor: father picked it b/c i couldn't come up with anything better & james after my grandpa who legally changed his name from "allen richard pesonen" to "james richard craigen". my ma loved her dad very much but lost him early on at the age of 48 just before my oldest brother was born. and my son has my last name.

My daughters name is Kyleigh Mae. Kyleigh was just the only girls name we could agree on. May is the month I was born but I didn't want to spell it that way. If we have another girl I'd like to name her Elizabeth Elaine. Elizabeth gives everyone lots of opportunities for nick names and Elaine is my step-moms middle name. If we have a boy we will name him Xavier James or Xavier Benjamin. James is my husbands and father-in-laws name and Benjamin is my eldest brothers name.

I loved the name Brayden ( in memory of a close friend) my husband hated the name but LOVED Ayden, so we compromised on that, as for Tyler we both came home one night and blurted out Tyler as hus middle name so it just stuck. We didnt want a name anyone in out family had we wanted him to have a unique one. If we have another boy we have picked the name Hunter Riley and for a girl Kailey Ryanne we also love the names Teagan and Aubrey

Chance is my husbands middle name and my husband and I comprimised with our sons middle names. Shawn my husband picked and orion was the name of a street and it stuck. We wanted a unique name like our sons for our daughter. My husband picked her name Aurora from a baby name book, lynn is my middle name and casta was also from a baby name book. We kept with the greek theme. Orion is the hunter and aurora is the goddess of light.
