there is no easy answer! You have to know how many calories your eating! www.sparkpeople.com is free and it is the easiest way to do that plus you need to exercise or you will be a skinny fat, which in my opinion is way worse than being overweight in the first place.. Good luck, its fairly easy to do you just have to have the right attitude and mind set going in!

Cardio everyday and strength training once a week. I've also tried to replace lunch with a green smoothie. I lost all my baby weight plus some when my second baby was 7 months. Try a variety of cardio - swimming, biking, running. I trained for a triathlon and that seemed to kick the last stubborn pounds.

You have to exercise and eat healthy. I would always go for walks when my baby was napping and so till today (he's 17 months) I still have him take his day naps in the stroller, which is my time to power walk for 1 hr - 3 hrs.

I lost 15lbs by eating less, not eating after 8pm, doing cruches, drinking ice cold water all day long & staying away from soda

I didn't have difficulty losing after my first....breastfeeding helped a ton, also, I packed my lunches when I went back to work rather than eating out, I also chose not to snack/eat everytime my child ate. She required more frequent feedings than my metabolism really needed :) ....Also, rather than using packaged baby food/soft foods for my daughter I cooked healthy meals for us both, chopped hers in a food processer and froze them. ....That saved on time, money, and provided better nutrition than most quick meals in a pinch.

Portion control, don't drink your calories, cardio is great. If you have a smart phone, I strongly suggest you download the free app called MyFitnessPal. You don't know just how many calories you're consuming until you keep a record of it! Good luck!

my daughter turned 2 in august, and i just couldnt get the baby weight off to save my life. mostly because i cooked unhealthy foods, mixed with being so tired i didnt want to exercise, on top of eating excessively. im a stay at home mom, so i probably ate mostly out of boredom..and would eat til i was full vs just not hungry anymore. i signed up for weight watchers 2 weeks ago. its teaching me how to eat and cook healthier, eat less, and drink more water. since joining weight watchers i havent been hungry at all, i can eat whatever i want, but i get to eat more of the healthier foods. i have lost 9 lbs already, and 3 total inches on my body. its going great!!

I evaluate what I do with the kids on a daily basis. What can I modify to make it better exercise? What can I add to our routine to keep me moving? Kids are great weights and they have a blast when you move them around. Pushing a double stroller to the park is good exercise and gives the chance to point out things to the little ones. Your little one is just starting to get really active...make it a point to always keep up with him rather than watching him and it will help. Also right now is the perfect time to evaluate your diet since your little one will really start eating table food now.

Start walking or better yet running. Or any cardio for at least 30 minutes, 3 to 4 days a week. Cardio is what makes you lose the belly fat. And don't forget the strength training to tone up as well! Also portion control. Use a smaller size plate and fill it 2/3 full with your veggies and the rest with your protein and carbs. Also, DO NOT skip meals! When you eat, it keeps your metabolism going. Also, drink TONS of water. If your body is dehydrated, it will bloat. One more very important thing: SUPPORT. Try to find a workout buddy or go to classes at a gym if you can. You would be amazed at the support women in a workout class give and it's FUN! Hope this helped a little. Good luck! :)

What helped me a lot was doing exercises, like while waiting for my food to finish microwaving i would do simple leg exercises or while i was watching tv do butt squeezes lol i did simple stuff but i did it all day long, because running or anything intense made me more hungry and i would just end up eating more... I also bought lots of fruit and snacked on frozen grapes instead of chips but still ate the same hamburgers and stuff just ate healthier snacks lol and i was actually loosing a pound every two days. Hope it helps :)

Well for starters portion control and moderate exercise. Also u might want to have ur thyroid check to make sure it is functioning properly... in my situation 14 months after my son was born i was dianosed with Graves disease. Which is a form of hyperthyroidism (over active) thyroid... cause if it is under active that might be a small reason why the baby weight aint coming off... i hope this helps...

change the way you eat and exercise..of course there are little things that can help..
1. apple cider vinegar..1 teaspoon in the morning and at night..cuts belly fat and speeds up metabolism
2. cook foods in olive oil or grapeseed oil instead of butter and cooking oil
3. increase your water intake...

i think the easiest way to lose the weight is just do some cardio or you can put your son in the stroller and go walking around the park you can be surprised at the littlest things you can do around the house to lose weight..you just have to be motivated to do so
