I have heard of rubbing alcohol as well as nail polish remover.. but because childrens skin is so sensitive, I would just do a little section at a time to see how it will react. Kids do some funny things! (I think I drew on my sister's face to make her a smurf when I was 5... luckily I didn't use a permanent marker because I colored her face blue!)

If the rubbing alcohol and nail polish remover don't work, don't worry, it will come out with time.

Had this happen once with my ex-step kids. I believe we scrubbed and scrubbed with soap and water. But it didn't completely get it off.

bleach water works be careful dont get it in eyes and wash there skin off with mild soapy water after words. My kids have played with perm. markers a number of times and this is the only the that works well.
