How far along...

I went to my first OB app. at 9 weeks and then it should have been every 4 weeks but I have been going every 2-3 weeks because of extra tests I had to get. Anyways I am about 20 weeks now and will go every 4 weeks until 28 weeks then I will go every 2 weeks and then at 36 weeks every week. Or at least it what I think, Ill know for sure after my ultrasound next week.

With my first pregnancy I didn't go until I was nearly four months pregnant because I was having insurance issues and a hard time finding an ob. But I was going more frequently throughout because I was pregnant with b/g twins so they concidered me high risk.

With my second pregnancy I found out at about 6 weeks I was pregnant and went in. Every month until I think 24 weeks, then it was every two weeks up until 36 weeks it became every week.

But the dr told me when to schedule the apt for when I left, and if he didn't I made sure I asked.

my first appointment was at 12 weeks, I then went once a month up until 32 weeks then every fortnight after that until 36 weeks when I started going weekly. After I went over 40 weeks I went in everyday.

I was about 8 weeks when I found out I was pregnat, had my first appointment to discuss medical history, and then had my first ultrasound at 11 weeks. Then I went every month until we found out the sex. I went 2x that month. Then I started going every other week until about 32 weeks, then I went every week until I had the baby. Hope that helps!

My first appointment was at 8 weeks & then once a month after that. Once I go to around 27 or 28 weeks I started going every other week. Then around 35 weeks I started going every week.

With my first daughter, first appointment at 6 weeks, once a month until about 7 or 8 months, then twice a month until the last 4-6 weeks when it was once a week. With twins this time around I've been steadily every other week having either an ultrasound or regular check-up and once I hit 30 weeks will be weekly appointments.

My first appointment I was six weeks and four days. After that I went every four weeks until I got 30 weeks. From 30 weeks I went every two weeks until 37 weeks when I started going every week

My first appointment was when I was about 4 weeks. Then it was once a month until about 7 months and then it was twice a month until 8 months and then once a week for the last 4 weeks of my pregnancy. You're due on my Mom's birthday...that's pretty cool! :)

my 1st appoiment was with a doctor at 13 weeks then after that i saw a midwife once a month till i was 32 weeks then it was twice a month, untill 36 week then once a week from then on, i had an appoiment to see the doc on my due date but didnt make it has a i had my daughter the day be4, If u feel like u should be seeing ur doc more u should say something to her and im sure she would be happy to see u.

Same with many. First appointment at 6 weeks. Then began once a month appointments to 32 weeks. Then once every two weeks until 37 weeks. Then once a week until birth. And ultrasound at 20 weeks.

nychole, just so you know if you qualify for title 19, they can pay your medical bills back for 3 months. i would hate to see you go without proper prenatal care for lack of insurance.:(

to answer the question i started going when i was 8 weeks (after the first initial pregnancy test) and went every 4 weeks until i was 32 weeks, then went every 2 weeks for a month, then every week for the last month.

at first it was once a month, then as we got closer it was 1 every 2 weeks then 1 a week thne when my due date passed 2 times a week

With my first, I started going to my doctor at 6 weeks when I found out. With my second, I went at 4 weeks. I went once a month. I also went for two ultrasounds; one at 8 weeks and another at 20 weeks. By 25 weeks I was going to an OBGYN. By that point appointments were every two weeks. By 32 weeks, I was going once a week.

I started going at about 12 weeks. When I found out I was preggo. I have been going every month but recently lost insuranc so not going till I get some more.

I agree w/Katie, my doctor always told me as I was leaving the room when he wanted to see me back. Then I would tell the receptionist how many weeks.

I went once a month until I believe 32 weeks then every other week and then at about 36 weeks I believe I started going every week..... I may be off a little.

I have been to the doctor about every four weeks (once a month). I am now 22 weeks. at 30 weeks I will see him every 2 weeks (twice a month) and after 35 weeks it should be every week. you should be good with going every 2 weeks for now, your doctor should tell you when he/she needs to see you more frequently.
