How is everyone gonna deal with Christmas and money this year. Everythings gotten expensive, everything went up in price and i was just wondering how everyone is gonna deal with this issue. Kinda curious about it and how they are gonna stretch the all mighty dollar.

We do alot of home made gifts in our family. My kids have always made presents for their aunts and uncles. I always give myself a budget and look for the most play value for my dollar. The best present i ever got for my kids was a magnadoodle. 20 dollars and it goes everywhere with us. Last year was an easy year for us in a difficult way. we lost everything in an apartment fire october 24th. But the insurance money came a tthe end of november. SO my kids lost all their toys but we had a bunch of money to replace everrything so they got spoiled. There is a major housing shortage here and we didn't even get into our new place until December 15th. I also think it doesn't matter how much is under the tree and have tried to teach my kids that christmas isnt about getting presents. Its about family and friends and good health. So get together, make some homemade gifts for each other.
