I was 19 when I had my son. Turned 20 exactly 3 weeks later. He is 14 months old now, and I love him sooo much! I am 21 and have started university (college) again this year, I love that I got to have the whole first year with him, it was fantastic. I can't wait to graduate so I can have another child, as well as get a job etc.

I love the age I was when I had him and like where we are at. His dad and I have been together for over 5 years, and hopefully will stay together for the rest of our lives. Right now I think I only want one more child, and would have liked to have the opportunity for my children to be closer in age, but want to finish my education first.

I was 16 when I got prego and 17 when I had my first boy. I had my daughter at 19 and my sond at 21.



To be honest I wish I would have waited till I was older. I feel like I lost my youth. But I wouldn't change anything but my age when I had them.

I was 16 when I got prego and had my first sons3 weeks after I turned 17. I had my daughter at 19 and got married at 20 and had my youngest son at 21. YIKES! There all from my husband.



To be honest I wish I would have waited till I was older to have my kids. I wouldn't want anything to change just my age. I know I would have been way more mature and I still could have had my youth.

But there is a reason why I had my babies when I did. Only God knows that. I am so happy with my life, my kids, and my husband. We struggle but at least we have eachother.



I go to school now, part time only, and I have been Blessed to stay home with my kids and not work. But it's getting harder now that they are older. We need more money, lol!



I live in California, and I'm 27. I totally know how it is and I'm here if you ever need to talk.

I was 20 when I had my daughter. I was pregnant 4 1/2 months when I got married. I am now 22 and getting a divorce. I will never regret my daughter or her father. I do regret getting married, we had a great relationship, it was fine the way it was. I didn't realize we still had time. We were and still are too young... Long story short.. If I could do it over I would definitely have my baby, but never get married to her father...

I was 17 when i had my first and 19 when i had my second, no more then that already had a tubal and quite content with just having two since i have one of each sex. I'm 29 now and sometimes wish i would of waited until i was older to have any children due to the fact of losing my teen years but at the same time i think about the fact of me being somewhat young still when my children are grown.

I am 24, and just had my daughter on March 30,2009. This pregnancy not really being planned has completely changed my life, but I couldn't be happier!! If I could change it, i probably would've waited until I got my degree, but motherhood is a blessing!!

I had just turned 20 when i had my daughter. I am now 21, but my daughters dad/boyfriend has 2 girls from a previous relationship, so i guess you could say i have 3 now. Now about being happy with my age... umm no not really i wish that i would have gone to college and waited until mid -late 20's. But i would not change any of this for anything, my daughter means more to me than anything in this world!!!!

I was 16 when I had my first son who is now 17 and I was 21 when I had my second child who is now 13.I am now 33.I wish I had waited a few more years before I had children but I love them and I wouldn't change them for the world.

I was 25 when I had my first on Dec 10th 07 and 27 exactly when I had my second I had her on my 27th birthday. My girls are 13 months apart and I wouldn't change anything.

i had my son when i was 24 and now im 27. i only have one child but my husband and i are planning to have another baby soon. for me, starting a family at 24 is just appropriate and i wouldn't want it at any other time.

I had turned 22 a month before I had my daughter. I was in college away from home so having a baby was the furthest thing from my mind. I would change anything now that she's here. Having her in my 20s makes me feel like I can have alot more fun with her because I'm still young, cool, and hip. When I think about her getting old I want her to say my mom is the coolest.

i was 24 when i had my daughter Aya and i can tell that her birth was the most amazing thing in my life till now...i think that this age is almost perfect for having a kid but on the other side i will wait a bit longer for the second sweetie....kisses for all moms

i was 28 and will be 30 this year was glad i waited as we saved and saved before we had kids and i will only be 35 when we have finished paying off our morgage which will make life with our children so much easier. I would not have wanted children early as i loved university and being independent (love having children more) and i would have felt that i had missed out - also didn't meet my husband until i was 25

I was 18 when I had a preterm still born daughter. We named her Victoria. At 19 I had my oldest girl, at 22 my middle boy and 24 my youngest girl. I am now 26 turning 27 in July. And I have 3 kids with a wonderful husband.

i had my 1st 1mth b4 i turned 19 and 2nd girl 3mth b4 my 12st and my last girl i had in jan when i was 23 and got married at 24 divorced at 25 i have always had my own house witch i think helps when u r a young mum or u end up with 24hr supervision and addvice from people it would drive me nuts. i would only change 1 thing and that would b giving my middle child to her father to raise and he signed her over to his family after 5mths but i cant think of what i would do with out my girls

I had just turned 20 a couple weeks before my son Kaleb was born. He's my world. I'm now expecting our second, Ethan. He's due on Kaleb's 2nd birthday so I'll have just turned 22. I was 25 years, 4 months when we had our first child (a boy). I think that it was the perfect time for us because we had completed school (high school and college), partied, and traveled. I think he is going to be the only one because I am not too open to having a child after 30 and that mark is coming up quick! Plus, I am contemplating on going to graduate school. We enjoy having one child. We are not exactly 'preventing' or 'trying' for another. If it happens, it happens.

I was 17 when I had my first and now I am almost 30 and I have four children in total. I would not change it but I do have some guilt because I realize now that I grew up along with my daughter. I have changed so many times between then and now. I felt I was really mature and grown up and ready but I really wasn't. I made alot of mistakes and I think that people are just naturally too selfish at that age because we are in fact still kids. I feel it was unfair to my daughter. But we are doing great now.

Hi Kate, I was 27 when i had my little girl 'Jayla' in Jan 08 and was 28 when i had my little boy 'Jett' in Jan 09. Although both were a very big suprise and not planned my husband and i are so very greatful that we have them now. We were planning our wedding when we found out we were expecting our first so we posponed it for the following year, we finally got married in May 08 and a couple of weeks later found out we were expecting once again. We now cant imagine life without them xxoo

I was 18 when I got pregnant first year in college, and now I am 20 soon 21. I didnt want to have a kid that soon but now I dont regret it and glad I did because having him changed me as a person and I am very happy. I am still with his dad and hope to be getting married in the next couple years..were engaged but no date but i hope it works out for the best of my son. I want another kid but not right now maybe after i graduate from college and have a better job.

Hi Kate,

I was 21 when I had my first (Unplanned) child, a girl Chelsea. And 24 when I had my (Planned) son Jaxon. I will be 29 in July and have been with my husband for 12 years. We have been married for 3 years and were blessed that our children could be part of our bridal party. My husband and I are not going to be having anymore children as I choose to have my tubes tied at 25. I wouldn't change anything about the age I had my children and find that when they are grown adults my husband and I will still be young enough to party with them!

I was 19 with my first son, we had to move our wedding up so I wasn't huge in the dress :) and was just about 21 with my second. I would not change a thing. Even though we were both young and just starting our life together, I am happy with how things have turned out and am glad now that I was so young because I will be a young grandma and maybe even a great grandma one day :)

I had my first and only child (so far) when I was 23. Wyatt is now 11 months old. He was a surprise pill baby, but the best thing that has ever happened to me! I love him more than I can say and still cannot believe that I am "mama" to this amazing little man!!! My husband and I are planning to wait until he is about 3 years old before we think about trying for a second. We would like to have 3 kids in total when all is said and done.
